Two, the requirements of enterprises and products
The new energy automobile production enterprises should have a strong R&D, production and marketing capabilities, provide good customer service to serve consumers, consumers from the central financial subsidy into the menace from the rear; the scope of the new energy automotive products should have good technical performance and safety reliability. (three) to strengthen the quality assurance of key parts. To the consumers of new energy automobile production enterprises to provide power batteries for energy storage device, a driving motor, motor controller, quality assurance, the passenger car production enterprises should provide not less than 8 years or 120 thousand km (whichever comes first, the same below) of the warranty period, commercial vehicle production enterprises (including passenger cars, trucks, special vehicles etc.) should provide not less than 5 years or 200 thousand km warranty period.
