According to the notice of Jiangsu Provincial Science and Technology Department of Jiangsu Provincial Finance on the special funds for key research and development (the third batch) in 2017 (No. 92 of Suzhou Finance and Education [2017]), the special funds for key research and development at provincial level (the third batch) will be issued to you in 2017, and the corresponding "technology research and Development - Research and development of Applied Technology " will be added to your unit in 2017. Budgetary expenditure targets (see annex) for R&D with technology (code: 2060402). The plan funds are mainly used to strengthen the forward-looking technology research and development and major common key technology tackling problems.
In strict accordance with the regulations of the Provincial Science and Technology Plan and the Provisional Provincial Science and Technology Funds Management Interim Measures of Jiangsu Province (Suzhou Financial Regulation [2013] No. 19), you are requested to strengthen the organization, coordination and implementation of the project, ensure that the funds for science and technology are used exclusively to ensure the smooth implementation of the project. The use of funds and implementation of projects will be submitted to the provincial science and technology department and the finance department at the end of the year. The provincial science and technology department, together with relevant departments, will organize experts to carry out performance appraisal, and will serve as an important basis for future annual declaration.
